I just completed the 3 month weight loss program with Weight & Life MD and couldn't be happier. I signed up for another year to lose more weight and help maintain my weight loss and overall make this a lifestyle change that will stick. I'm a mom who struggled with losing the weight post pregnancy and never found a plan that I could stick to before. The doctors were very helpful in setting up a custom plan based on my needs. I enjoyed the meal replacement choices and it took the guess work out of what to make and instead have quick and easy healthy choices that I wouldn't get tired of. Following the meal plan, light exercise, plus regular check-ins helped me to lose weight.nnThe doctors are very encouraging and supportive and don't blame you if you get off track but rather help you find your way back to a healthy regimen. I love the weekly check-ins and the app because I need the accountability. Its for this reason that I have signed up for a 1 year program to help me lose more weight but also maintain my weight loss. I also love that the program is based on scientific results and look forward to the body composition and metabolic testing they do to show progress that is not always seen by the scale alone. I love that the doctors are always accessible to text making you feel like you have a support system throughout this journey. Dr. Andre and Dr. Nadia, now have come to feel like extended family with their warmth and support- I'm so glad that I found them!

Dr. Nadia and Dr. Andre are fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about their practice. They truly individualize the treatment for what you need. Furthermore they answer questions quickly within hours not days. The results I’ve had with them are fantastic and o have tried many other approaches. Dr. Nadia and Dr. Andre give you the knowledge and tools you need to reach your goals and stay there!

I will start by saying Dr. Nadia and Dr. Andre are both WONDERFUL doctors that will help you achieve your weight goals. Thanks to their help, I was able to SAFELY and STEADILY drop 18-20lbs in about 3 months so I could fit my wedding dress!!nnDr. Nadia handles the labwork, nutrition/diet plans, and meds (if needed). Dr. Andre will help you with all your exercise goals/strategies/plans and will work with you on your mindset and lifestyle (so you don't relapse).nnTogether, they are an amazing team (they are husband and wife, too) that will support you every step of the way to help you reach your weight goals SAFELY. AND they will help you MAINTAIN your weight.nnTheir program has evolved very quickly and has adapted to accommodate patients during the COVID pandemic. You use their app on your phone to log your calorie intake, vitals, track weight, etc. The app also allows you to text them at any time if you have questions/concerns and they respond quickly :)nnDepending on your plan, you may meet with one of them once a week (so you do feel like you are held accountable and can't slack off because you're gonna see them every 7 days!!) If you ever have to go to their office in-person, rest-assured their office is VERY CLEAN (and they both are decked-out in PPE) with strict procedures in place to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.nnThis was the best investment I have made for my health and well-being. By dropping the COVID weight, my overall health has drastically improved, apparently my cholesterol is wonderfully low, blood pressure down, my clothes fit (and some are now too baggy!), I FEEL GREAT, and most importantly... I FIT THE DRESS !!

Dr Nydia is AMAZING! Her bedside manner is to be admired as I don’t find many doctors these days with such wonderful bedside manner.nnHer prices were fair, her work was on point & my experience was awesome.nnWondering why only 4 stars? Well it’s been nearly 2 months sine episode I had Botox to my forehead, my upper lip & a liquid face lift & everything looks great but I already see some of my lines on my upper lip returning. Not sure why but I still look better than before.nnI plan on going back again & I’m sure I will know why then.nnIf you’re looking for a great Dr, Dr Nydia is it!
