The place was great, great people work there. The shop Stewart is a great guy.
Had a pick up on Monday from KY to NJ which is a 2 day point.. Didnt arrive to the NJ terminal until Thursday. Called and was told it would deliver Friday. Friday called to check on this and was told our stuff is still sitting on the truck it arrived on and was never unloaded and can now expect delivery on Monday. I suggested even sending in our own driver to pickup from their terminal and they said no. They shut us down for 2 days and didnt seem to care and this has happened twice in the past week. Ive advised our vendor to no longer use YRC going forward which will be a big loss for them.
Enjoy working here. Drive a truck and home every day.. Pleasant people, management and co-workers for the most part.
