Kyle rocks !!!!

I tried going in because their hours said they were open yet when I get there they are closed. False advertisement.

Today was my first time at the Monroe T-Mobile store and Evan was SO helpful! Not only did he resolve my phone issues really quickly, but he was super knowledgeable about T-Mobile’s current promotions and answered all of my questions. Super pleased - he was so kind. Will be back!

It's been a while since I went to T-Mobile. So I went to the store in Monroe, spent some time on the floor with a pro. Kyle, a sales rep far from rank and file, spent a while teaching me how to use my phone in style. Usually the phone store is a bore, but this was no chore. Data started flowing faster than a Netflix binge showing. Old phone gone, new phone on. Appointment was not so lame, I was never in the dark, I was not a number but had a name, surely not no Arya Stark. Getting cash a plenty for a new S20, with a trade and an upgrade. The team couldn't be kinder, far from the average peaky blinder. Kyle was my main contact, but the rest of the crew was intact. Quan and Tashir backing him up with no fear. The team answered each question, irrespective of the length of the session. Great experience buying a new phone, so much so, that I got into rhymezone, great job-so!
