David the store manager was super helpful. Gave me advice on the best phones for my needs. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Went over my account showing me where I can save money, add free lines and just explained upcoming changes from sprint to TMobile. Professional and friendly! Also no wait time.

We had a great experience.nDavid was our salesperson, he was very helpful and had a great disposition.nWe bought 3 phones with data transfers in 2 1/2 hours.nI highly recommend their services.nGreat job!

Avoid at all costs!! I was forced to go there instead of my go-to on 33 because they were closed already. I go in and was not greeted at all - granted they (girl & guy working tonight 2/26) both were attending to others but a simple greeting would have done justice but got nothing. Then after sitting there for 15 mins the guy is finished with the 2 women he was talking to (& telling them the company was highway robbing them with their phone bill because of the devices and leases) and begins complaining about how he was there all day and vacation time.. then he FINALLY decides to come help me and tells me he can only sell me a phone not do any transfer of data because they close in 10 minutes.. I just walked out so ridiculous.

Employees know absolutely nothing and need to be retrained.. Went to t mobile store on route 33 answered all my questions and set up with everything I needed to know/do.

I have been going to this T-Mobile store for the past 8 years! I have never had a bad experience with any of the worker!!! Always positive attitudes!!! Best store hands down!!!!
