Staff at this store are friendly, efficient, and so helpful. Cameron was personable. He rang up our purchases and provided us with information for pre-orders.

I would normally give a 5 star. All the supply chains are down from the pandemic so the selection of inventory was lower than normal. Helpful staff and would recommend.

Wonderful shop for all your gaming experience Good service

It's no wonder these places can't stay open. I drive 30 minutes because of items they have listed as in stock on their website then wait for another 15 min while the employee lies to another customer about building a PC to be told they don't have the item in stock. If they have time to stand around talking for who knows how long in an empty store then they have time to update their inventory. I don't appreciate wasting an hour round trip and standing around while the employee has a long casual conversation without even acknowledging an actual customer is waiting. It's bad enough the preorders the are selling for consoles aren't for release day. They are such a terrible company with employees that don't care in the slightest. Avoid this Hamilton store and go to lumberton or Mt Laurel. They update their stock and acknowledge customers.

Cleaned out. Used to have games stacked deep, but now they sit flat and spread out to make it look like more stock. Not much in stock for Nintendo Switch, either games or accessories.
