A waste of time. I told the guy what I needed, a new phone and to transfer the account. He made very nice promises and told me to buyout the phone that I was leasing. I did so and I returned. The promises were gone, he could do nothing and after trying to get a phone from him for a half an hour with no progress I left. I got the phone some other T-Mobil store.

Went to the store a week ago to switch my cell phone service the mobile assistant Samuel O was very helpful, patient and very nice took his time to go through which plan will work out for my family and will saving me money even was helping two other families.nThank you Samuel O for your great help.

Best customer service ever. All employees were nice, social, and understanding. Got a new screen protector for my phone and they put it on for me. Dust got underneath and they had no problem exchanging it for me. This happened 2x! And they still exchanged another for me with no issue. Great experience!

ZERO STARS this store was so unprofessional!! I paid almost $700 for a new phone just to leave the store after being there for 2 hours just to find they didn't even activate my phone! I called and they told me i had to do it myself!? UNACCEPTABLE !!! Do yourself the favor and go anywhere else!!

Had a great experience at this location. Store manager Jerome was patient and helpful in explaining plans and how the switch from Verizon would be managed. Dana, customer service rep, was super patient in helping set up my new phone and ensuring all my data and apps transitioned over. Pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to be helpful even when it took extra time. I'm happy with the move to TMobile and was impressed with the customer service of Jerome and Dana.
