Professional friendly staff. Truck was great. Thanks for help with my move! Only flaw is the price is extremely high. This doesnt have to do with this particular store but the company in general.
What an upgrade from the hit or miss Uhaul experience. Truck was clean, newer, and performed well. Staff was professional and courteous, and the whole process was smooth. Very pleased with the experience. I rent for my business about 2-3x a month minimally, so I have decided when possible it's going to be Penske because I haven't had great luck with Uhaul especially when not from one of the bigger hubs.
Kind of hard to find, even when you see their sign. Great service from Mike.
Mike saved my life!! I left my headphones in the truck and didn't realize until I was back home two states away. I called and he took them to the UPS store and helped me have them mailed back. Thank you socmuch Mike, you are a legend!!
Great customer service and their insurance actually covers you with ANY type of accident unlike other truck rental places.
