Very Helpful! I went in needing to buy a new phone and came out saving money on my account. James was extremely helpful with my situation of needing to leave the store with a working phone. They did not have the phone I needed in stock so he called around and found one. He actually went to pick it up for me and got it set up for within a few hours! Excellent Customer service!

I am blown away with my service today at Verizon. Dominick was extremely helpful. It was such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this store location. Phone stores tend to be very stressful for me however this store has employees that are extremely knowledgeable.

Fernando and the staff were very helpful when I needed to switch from AT&T to Verizon. They clearly explained all the plan options and walked me through the entire process. They explained any available deals but weren’t pushy if I wasn’t interested.
