I bought a warranty for my headphones and I was told if I bring my headphones back (with the box and receipt) I’d get brand new ones or get them fixed.nnWell that was a lie, I was waiting for an hour and still never got my my new headphones. Warranties are basically a scam to get you to spend more money but you never actually get a replacement product.nnIt makes more sense to order things from amazon, you get reviews, you get competitive pricing and you’re not sold worthless untrustworthy warranties.nnFurthermore, the salesman at GameStop literally told me that this was the way to go, which is why I invested in it in the first place.

Josh is amazing as always!! Everyone is so nice and always ready to help and answer your questions even if you feel they are silly ones.

This Game Stop Prestige is great! It's got a lot of games, t-shirts, gaming systems, gift cards & game addons as well as parafinalla. Excellent store for any gamer advanced or beginner & the staff is very knowledgeable about everything. And, the store manager Josh in very nice & helpful!
