So I went in today to get a new phone I waited 5 mins to be greeted by Sara. She helped me get a new iPhone she is super polite and professional. She answered all my questions and was so patient with me. Thank you. Will definitely come back and recommend to my family.

Charging extra and I went to another metro store and they charged me less. Dont know why they wanted to charge me more if all metro pcs stores are supposed to have the same charges.

Came here with my friend so she can buy her grandmother a phone, left within minutes. Customer service was atrocious. We waited as if the store was full, lady at the counter was annoyed at life and rude to my friend. She didn't know anything about any phones she was selling. The reason for the one star is cause there's a shishkabob vendor right outside their door and it was DEEEEEELICIOUS!!! ud83dude00

I bought a brand new phone and it lasted less than 2 hours working. It broke down the same day I bought it. Very bad customer service, totally garbage this store. They do not care about customers and sells fake warranty primes.
