They start recieivng at 6:00am. I Checked in at 7:30am. They told to back in any dock 1-5, there was a little line at check in window. At 8:30 i backed in to a dock. In had to hand my paper work to a guy on the dock. But they went on break at 9:00 to 9:30. Now its 10:30 still didnt start unloading. Place is busy. They load and unload their box trucks before they work on your truck. Rude people.

The worst place. To pick up,,,driver have to fight for door ud83dudc4eud83cudffbud83dudc4eud83cudffbud83dudc4eud83cudffb garbage place. Never came back here check in at 10 am. Is already 3 pm. And am here waiting for a door ,,?

I have picked up a compressor coming from Europe to Grand Prairie MI. Gentleman at the reception was very helpful, forklift operator was very professional and calm, supervisor was a great man. What they did? They helped and acted as professionals that is it! So simple. I always hesitate while entering such warehouses but honestly these guys are exceptional.

Flatbed picking up.nMake u-turn at the end of Navy, then park on the angle parking. Checkin at the office, SE corner of the building, then turn left, window #2. Really difficult to hear office worker. If you don't speak English well your conversation will be very long ))nPerhabs it's better to have all info on the paper and give worker this paper. They need pu#, destination, truck # and color, company name (on truck door), your phone number.nThen come back and wait in the truck. Huge forklift will come to escort you towards loading area.nVery fast loading, after 2pm only 4 trucks on parking and 2 drivers at the office. Got company 2.45pm, left 5pm. Probably you can use angle parking as overnight place. Not too much traffic after 3pm.
