I got a hitch installed. It took a long time, but that is because when I can in there was only one person working the back and the front (not not sure how u-haul that that was a good idea).nnEven though my wait was a bit long, Dwayne was extremely accommodating. He was friendly and let me charge my phone. His personality made an annoying situation quite barrable.nnI would recommend u-haul anytime Dwayne is in. He is amazing

The people in here are really nice and helpful. Very friendly staff. I ordered 2 uboxes and had a hitch install. Couldn't be any happier. Dwayne the jack of all trades was especially helpful.

Love there staff they are very professional, respectful and hopeful. Feel like family everytime I go there. Alway going out there way to make sure you have everything you need and a safe trip. Love this location.
