Bed Bath & Beyond

I had to place several orders online for curbside pickup. Luckily the third order wasn't canceled due to them not having the items in stock like the website indicated. I used the curbside pickup option. The notification of arrival function was nice but didn't seem to be functioning. I had to call the store after 10 minutes of waiting for my order in the designated spot. However once they were aware of my arrival, my order was brought out within 3 minutes.

They actually have their regular selection of mini hand sanitizers. Love it!

Looooove it

My great niece's birthday was last week.nHowever, being a caregiver I didn't get a chance to have her gift wrapped. The night before, I checked the Internet for gift wrap services. Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, a corporate commercial type co. also, a small business service were listed. Target was the closest and opened at 8am. I arrived a little early the next morning and there was a line. After entering I learned it was discontinued. Being in a pinch I drove to Norwood to BB&B. The young manager was dealing with returns and such, however, he took time to help. My niece was so happy. I would like to thank him for his kindness, professionalism, and, for doing a very nice job of wrapping her gift!

Called about massager, short wait on hold.. Manager was very informative and considerate.
