I tried to live chat with a sales representative regarding a home theater setup that I wished to purchase. The service that I received from this company's sales representative was extremely poor. Their demeanor was rude and they demonstrated a lack of knowledge that their competitors all possessed. I told them that I wanted a projection setup with a budget of $20k. They had suggested an inexpensive (under $2,000) and poorly rated projector. They were also unable to assist me with determining what size of screen that I should go with. They didn't ask me any of the questions that their competitors to help determine the best screen and stated that there is no formula to determine the right size. Ultimately it seemed as though they were not interested in my business and I placed my $25,000+ order with one of their more helpful competitors.nIronically, while looking for help from other sites I came across another website, Projector Screen Store. When I tried to chat with an operator on that site, I got the same salesperson from AlltecPro via livechat. They had explained to me that they are the same company, but 2 different websites.

Wonderful company with knowledgeable experts, and good people. But don't take my word for it. Give them a call and see for yourself.
