Ann was so knowledgeable and I had old CD and DVD from our movie ud83cudfa5. There were so many beautiful family memories that were just sitting in the basement because we no longer were able to enjoy them. I took half of them to Ann to see what we could do. I brought her half of them and she transposed them to a flash drive and after watching them so beautifully put in order, I could not resist having them other half done. She is a total gem and a great person.

The woman, whose name always slips my mind, is so sweet and knowledgeable. My film has always come out clear and crisp. Color or B&W, it always looks good. I’ve been coming here for years, I live out of state and I’m still coming back!!
