The customer service at this store is excellent. Diana, and especially Maggie, were amazing and so helpful. Even in a stressful situation (not related to T-Mobile) they were calm and super friendly and were able to fix my issue. I’d give more stars if I could. I highly recommend this location!

The t-mobile members at this kiosk were really helpful when my friend and I had some questions. They gave us solutions instead of saying “no we can’t do that”. I really appreciated that kind of service.

The Willowbrook Mall T-Mo was informed, congenial, and effective. That's how business gets done. Kaylee was hugely helpful. Gustavo is a solid manager. They got things done. I recommend the store to friends.
