This place is terrible. Keep away, the staff is unprofessional. I had issues with a defective device since purchasing it in the store, it was giving issues but the crew member told me the device update and WiFi connection would work. So I went back home and it was still giving me issues updating and connecting to WiFi. I went back and spoke to the manager( Chris) and he flat out didn’t want to hear it and refused to even consider waiving the $70 dollar re-stocking fee. I understand that, but when a customer brings a phone back because it’s not working properly then that fee should be waived. Then I asked for a district managers number and at first he was reluctant and didn’t want to and told me to call customer care, and his staff said the same thing they also didn’t want to give that information out. Finally he gave me a blank card and wrote his supervisor information on the card. Which looks even more sketchy for a corporate store. I work in retail as a manager and know the corporate business and chain of command. Long story short I called customer care and a nice gentleman by the name of Tony was able to help me out hear me out and gave me account credit, for the restocking fee. I would give this store zero stars if I could. They used to have a great guy named Gus as manager, they moved him and now have this unprofessional guy running a store like this.

Our sales person Eddy was very helpful and pleasant. Easy to work with. I would recommend this store.

I planned on leaving my current provider and opening an account with T Mobile. I started the process on a Saturday with a really nice and professional associate named Selina, we agreed that I would be able to open 5 lines, port over our numbers and bring our devices. I was not able to complete the transaction and returned on Sunday, after lifting a block on my credit report. The credit was verified and for some reason the TMOBILE credit verification team wanted to charge me a down payment of over $200 for service on 5 lines. I could not agree to those terms, I have been a customer of several companies over the years, with an impeccable payment history and a credit score of 800 plus. My score was verified, by the credit bureau, not a third party app like Credit Karma. I cannot align myself with this company and their values. As a prospective customer I was insulted and you have lost my business. Why you may ask, we'll because, you ran my credit and now this hard inquiry will remain on my history for at least 24 months, I jump through hoops to unlock my credit in order to return twice and complete the transaction, then you insult me with a down payment, insinuating that my credit worthiness is subpar. Thanks but no thanks, Ms. Selina thank you for assisting us and being informative and transparent, I am sorry we could not complete this business transaction. I give you 5 stars and good luck in the future.

Elena and Leslie are so great. They always help me get the best deals. They know the answers to all my questions. I will always go back there. They are amazing. Love that store.
