I have had many Services of this kind in many different places and by far this was one of the very best.nCustomer service, even on the phone was outstanding and upon arrival it continues. The place adheres to all covid guidelines and is immaculate.nThe reflexology service itself was second to none. Head, shoulder, arm massage, followed by foot reflexology, that allows you to totally decompress. The addition of the hot stones at the end add the finishing touch.nThe word amazing is used too frequently these days but in this case it is definitely warranted.nYou will not be disappointed, try it! This will be my new go-to place!!!

My wife and I went there 3 weeks ago, great vibe very Zen and quiet, you get thorough acupressure reflexology service for an hour! the 2 twin Asian guys are great!. Sure to work out a lot of stress, and release endorphins to heal the body! awesome!

I hadn't been to a spa since before Covid-19 so I was initially apprehensive, but the folks at Lotus Pond Wellness put me at ease right away. They are meticulous about hygiene, masking, sanitizing, etc. and they only allow a couple of clients in at a time. (my daughter and I had the place to ourselves) The reflexology was amazing - so relaxing and enjoyable - I plan to return!

I had a 60-minute couples massage and it was very good. We were their last appointment before closing and I got lost on the way there (be sure to verify the address on your gps; I accidentally clicked Belleville, Belleville instead of Bellevue, Montclair) they were patient and waited for us. The place is clean and seemingly well sanitized. I only wished there was some soothing music playing in the background just to create a more relaxing environment during the massage, but that's just a personal preference.nOverall great service from the receptionist on the phone to the masseuses.
