I sent my Bose headphones in for repair. Didn't get a response for about two months. Finally got an email from them saying I needed to pay $50 for the repair to get them back. I sent the $50 and it took another 2 months to finally get them back. When I got them back they still had the exact same problem as before. Now its been another 1 1/2 months trying to get my money back with no response at all.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Our Sony headphones were sent to these guys almost a year ago and after several calls and texts, no response. Jist sent another text tonight. Would love to know the story Headphone Repair House.
So i sent my beats studio 3's to them to fix them and its been 2 month's and still havent heard from them the never pick up even when their site says there open never asnwer my emails or text messages and when they do anwer its always please text me or sorry for the delay and never anthing elese and im still waitng its fixing to be 3 month's and still not a word from them i dont recommend this place because of the lack of communications and not being professional
this guy is good what he does. He fix my beats less then a week. I recommend if you guys wanna fix your headphones this is the guy to go to.
