Ordered a game for curbside pickup in the afternoon. Decided to pick up my order once I was done with work. This was the only location anywhere near me that had what I wanted. I arrived to this location at 4:15 pm and saw a sign on the door that they were closed for a break until 5 pm. No where on website or Google does it say the store is closed for an entire hour break. I drove a half hour to get my item and came home empty handed because everyone working in that place decided to take a break all at once and leave no one to help customers. Ridiculous. I will not be coming back here again once I get my item I purchased
Knowledgeable staff , friendly and helpful , trade value is fair most of the time , Adam and his staff go above and beyond to help and recommend games or future pre-orders.
Service is bland. You can tell the employees enjoy working their up until they have to do their jobs. We have had bad experiences here and no longer go there anymore, just like blockbuster this is a dying industry.
Great gamer friendly atmosphere. Really knowledgeable staff. Great place to get your gamer gains.
Lots of games to choose from. You can buy new or used. The guy working was very helpful with lots of information about games and gaming systems
