Best store. Outstanding customer service! Well trained staff. Greet you when you arrive, let you know if there is a wait and are helpful to customers. High 5!! :):) - here's what I said on my survey from interaction yesterday with Cody. I also wanted to say, true customer service keeps your customers. We went in and all the staff was welcoming. Miguel helped us out. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to answer ALL questions and concerns my kids had. We didn't feel rushed at all. He took the time to explain the difference between phones, the plans and even let us pick out our numbers! We walked out very satisfied! So happy we switched from Cricket to T-Mobile! ☺

The guys here are really nice and the store is really pretty. but they literally never completely fix the problems we have. We’ve had to revisit about 5 times in the last few months because of all the billing mistakes and cancelled transfers. And just like any cell phone company, the sales guys lie to you to make their quotas. And people might not think about it when they’re getting that sign on bonus, but it’s really a pain for me and my spouse to keep returning to deal with unnecessary charges or inability to communicate, especially in these hard times and while still being charged full service. And over some white lies on a phone plan that come to charge much more than promised.

I can honestly say I have never before received better customer services than I did from the staff in Springville T-Mobile. They spent over an hour today trying to help me solve a problem with my phone that wasn't their responsibility to solve. They helped me anyway. Those guys are the best! I will switch to their service as soon as my contract allows.
