I was having a difficult time getting my phone activated, and exhausted trying to reach my cellular company. Chance, the employee who helped me, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, and reassuring. Their customer service is top notch, and they train their employees well. Definitely recommend.
Janine was super friendly and helpful. She made sure we knew all our options, but wasn’t pushy at all. I had my two little girls with me and she was so patient with them. I will definitely be back.
Cortez & Chance were amazing! They helped us out with everything! Our visit was longer than expected because we ran into so many issues when trying to switch carriers. So grateful for their patience and good will! Def recommend!!!
I had tried to purchase my iPhone 12 Max Pro on line with the Verizon assistant I spent over three hours online and could not get the deal done, it was a total cluster.
