Come here to make a copy & I end up paying for copies i didn't want. Its a mess here.

The person at the print counter was very helpful even though they were a little busy.

Buyer beware! Manager today at 15:52, “I can see that you bought it from Staples, and that it does not work, but you cannot return it”! 2 days later. Should have gone to Amazon. No wonder they are failing as a business.

This Staples has the WORST costumer services ever. Employees look like they've been forced to work. Zero costumer skills. I've had to call the manager several times. They're lazy, they want to overcharge, specially the copy and print center. Be ready and always check the price before paying.
