Employees are too aggressively helpful. I asked where in the store is an item. I don't need you up in my grill yap selling me for the entirety of my time there. I quite frankly know more than you and wish you'd take a hint. I don't know what the frantic urgency is all about but it's a real turn off and has driven me from that establishment more than once. For me it's an avoid unless absolutely necessary for this reason. Items of course are primo and priced as such. Great if you're looking for a vanity purchase. Not so much if you're just looking to get the job done.

Called to see if they had a specific item in stock at store which they did not but the woman who took phone call was so kind as to help me place the order. Just was a pleasant experience.

The staff is always super helpful and the products first rate

Very nicely set up but sometimes the stock is limited great service

At one time this was great store for cooks ,today it's just an over priced yuppie place.
