This visit went fine. Greeted at the door. Employees were professional and did their best to help customers. Social distancing enforced. Hand sanitizer offered at door.

Small and intimate but nicely set up. Has really great finds and the staff were very courteous and friendly. Will be making a return trip very soon and advise others to stop by too!

TJ Maxx is very good store. good collection and good price is there.ans staff of the store is very good.they appreciate customer and warm welcome of every customer. love it

Won’t take a perfume back even though I didn’t use it. I think around New Years their rules were different.

Love TJ Maxx but would never recommend this location, which is unfortunate since I live minutes away. This location is an eye sore to the community it serves and rarely carries quality product like other locations.nnMost daunting is it’s customer service or lack thereof. There is an attitude amongst the staff which is reflection of management such as Ashley R.nnMy first experience was about a year ago while our family attempted to leave with a full cart, not knowing you couldn’t take them out of the store, we were aggressively met by a staff member who scolded us, holding the cart while we removed items (was pregnant at the time) offering no help.nnToday, I attempted to return pens, which were a gift. Knowing I would receive a gift card. Ashely R refused to return the pens because the tag was partially removed (because it was a gift). I offered to go get another package so they could reprint the tag, something TJ Maxx has done in the past, but she said she would not return them even if I found the item number.nnBottom line, go to route 10 or another TJ Maxx location, this one is undeserving of the branding or community.
