The cashiers really need to be more informative regarding their return policy. I was told that I had 30 days to return my items as long as I had a receipt. She did not warn me that the return policy had restricted items that they could not accept. When I went to return one of my items I was denied and the employee simply pointed at a paper that was placed behind me while I was at the registrar. I honestly think they do this on purpose. There's plenty of space on the dividers fur them to be placing something that is not visible to the customers but it is for the employees.

The lines were too long and not all registers were open. I definitely waited for 20 to 25 minutes to just check out. Pictures of the lines and registers are examples of the lack of excellence. Also, the selection was not refined. I shop at TJ at least 3 times a month and this will not be a store I put in rotation.

Fantastic finds for the holidays! Hit or miss on clothing but fantastic jewelry and housewares. Such pretty things:)

Who doesn't love a good deal, right? This store in particular though has limited higher end selection and overall smaller in size. Staff are helpful and have a pleasant demeanor.

It looks more clean and festive,I just wish that the store is a little bigger...
