Dunkin'

I ordered 3 drinks for my friends, then I asked the cashier to scan my T-Mobile $2 discount. Instead of happily applying the discount and keeping the line moving, he went back and forth with me about how he can not give the drinks for free. I kindly said I understand that and had to explain to him multiple times that I will in fact still be paying for the drinks and that it is only a $2 off coupon.nThis caused the people behind me wait unnecessarily longer before they can order.nOverall, the experience could have been much better..nAlso, he was the only person working at the time, which I found unusual for a Dunkin.nnMy question is:nWhy does it seem that none of the Dunkin stores are willing to apply Any sort of discount without an explanation or argument?nn3* for cleanliness of the store that day and kudos for being the guy being the only one working at the time.

This location is trash. Do not mobile order here.

Order 6 specific donuts, got home and they just gave me random donuts. When back to changed them and the guy put them back the shelfs. I would assume that they won’t give to some one else due to COVID After I took it home with and all that but I guess not. Not good at keeping customer save

My friend and I went and ordered i was saying my order and he quickly ran to make it and messed it up then he put the wrong flavoring into my friends drink and then continued to scold us and tell us to hurry up ordering while asking how much the bagels were. Terrible service.

Absolutely filthy. During a time like this, everyone should be taking precautions for covid-19 and being sanitary for everyone around them. The two women who made my friend’s coffee were both not wearing a mask and it made me so uncomfortable. I told them its required to wear a mask especially around other people and they straight up talked back to me and looked at me like i had four eyes LMAO. extremely rude and do not recommend anyone going
