Dunkin'

1. This is a dunkin donuts in a gas station.n2. The address and where the GPS takes you are two different places.n3. Ordered curbside and ended up waiting over 15 minutes watching people come and go. I ended up going inside and my order was waiting on the counter. Why offer curbside if you won't actually deliver curbside (which is right outside the door BTW.)n4. Because I waited, I was late for work.nnIn short, I'll find another DD. This one has left a bad taste in my mouth (so to speak)

Worst costumer service ever, they are so rude and if I ask for more ketchup They give an attitude, I will not be returning and I will let others know about this dunkin

A few weeks back, I went to Fairway Market. When I finished my check out, I placed an order on the app and loaded my car, walked to the the store to find the door locked. I saw a worker and began knocking and I was ignored. I continued to knock and the worker proceeded to make an X with his arms and point to the clock. I had placed the order around 4:55 PM, had I known the store closed at 5 I would have never placed it but more importantly, if they were about to close then they should have shut off their pick up order option. I never received my drink nor a refund. You guys at this location basically stole from me and your worker was extremely rude. Thieves! Never going to this dunkin ever agiain. I will never be returning and giving business to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Seems like every time I go they mess up the order and 3 people ahead of me. Very rude and are in absolutely no rush to get your order done. Terrible place. Go to the Barnes and noble 1min away and grab a Starbucks coffee instead!
