Dunkin'

This is my local Dunkin and they are great and I never have any issues. The coffee is always fresh and they follow the order notes every time!

This is always been my go to DD. But after the pandemic, this morning was my first time going back. I was very disappointed as I saw everyone with out gloves working behind the counter. They have face masks on, but not all of them are wearing it properly. After coming home, I did not feel comfortable eating or serving them to my kids. I am hoping this review making them realize that working with out the gloves behind the counter should not be acceptable and are making the consumers very uncomfortable. And it should be mandatory for them, since they are working in food industry.

I really need management to be more mindful of social distance. I was there at roughly 3:15pm today, the service was terribly slow with 1 seemingly inexperienced server, so a crowd piled up in the store (there should a limit as to how many people can be in the establishment?) and many in the crowd didn't honor social distance guidelines. I am only writing this review because I have a sore throat now, around 9pm, that wasn't around earlier today so am petrified.nnI also need to add that the amount of cream cheese on my bagel was so totally pitiful - see pic - as there wasn't even a thin film over the entire bagel..

Friendly staff, always good coffee.

Coffee and donuts were fresh. Parking good. Service was good.
