A & T Moving 'N Hauling

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***nThis is THE WORST COMPANY to hire to move your belongings. Let me walk you through my experience ... so I was canceled twice in a row... first time from the public storage not having their entry way plowed (completely out of company and my control) and was rescheduled ( by owner) for next day services. He then cancels on me the next day stating that he had a big job and didn’t have time to move me meanwhile his company hours state he’s open until 8 and this was mid day around 2 . Then he states he was going to call me later on in the day to confirm a time for next day. He NEVER CALLED ME and when I called him to get a time he lashed out at me on the phone stating he has a lot of calls coming in and I’m pressuring him meanwhile I’m just trying to get a time confirmation so I can adjust my schedule accordingly due to the fact I have two small children that I also have to work around. He then calls back and apologizes and gives me a time of 1pm and ensures the men will put all my furniture back together. The guys show up at 2:30 ... a whole half and hour late and my kids had appointments at 4 which they were late for. They didn’t put my sons crib together because they misplaced the screws and I was told by the worker that he would be back the next day with screws to put it together and he never called me or showed up! Then I go to put my linens on my bed and lay down and MY BED COLLAPSES! They didn’t screw the slates to the bed frame and NEVER SAID A THING. Thank god my kids weren’t on the bed with me when it collapsed because we all could have gotten seriously hurt. Also the knob to my dresser draw is broken. Now I’m calling and texting the owner and he isn’t answering and he is ignoring my calls. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !nn***UPDATE!***nHe finally calls me back with the worker that promised he would be back with screws and he told me he was DOING ME A FAVOR by looking for screws. NO SIR THIS IS YOUR JOB!!! If you would have done it properly in the first place, the screws would have never went missing for you to have to give me replacement screws in the first place. Then he states he didn’t come because the screws he found weren’t the right ones but never called and communicated that he wasn’t going to show up for that reason. He didn’t take any responsibility or accountability for the actions that took place and also admitted that he saw their were no screws in the slates and he didn’t mention it because “he didn’t think they were going to assemble the bed without them”. So instead of him saying something he remained quiet and when I went to lay on the bed, the bed collapsed under me!nnSO UNPROFESSIONAL!

I used them today I quoted a few companies and they came back with the best pricing they where professional and super quick. They where so nice and accommodating Was so happy with my moving experience will definitely use them again! Definitely recommend this company.

Had set up a date in advance with them in regards to our move in date. 3 days before they call and tell us they can't do it that day but they will come the day after which was a Friday.nIt took them 2 hours to get to NJ when it should have been a 45 minute drive. Turns out he took care of personal business before moving us into our new place. No further notice that he would be late. When we tried calling after awhile he kept rejecting our calls as well.nExtremely disappointed and upset.

Professional, courteous, friendly, and reliable, all at a price considerably more budget friendly than any of the competition. Art was really nice, helpful, and straightforward, and made it all a breeze. No extra charges tacked on, just a straightforward price. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and got everything done lightning quick. Would definitely recommend for any job, big or small!!!

Scam scam scam, they cancelled on me 11pm the night before my move and gave 3 different excuses contradicting each other, don't get fooled by friendly speaking Art
