The nail shop was very clean and neat. They had a lot of colors to choose from (gel and regular polish). My nail tech did a wonderful job and I will be returning! I loved the design she did on my nails! She was very creative. She took her time and we had a friendly conversation. I had a wonderful and 5-star experience.
I felt safe and relaxed in the environment. The tech was incredibly kind and great at her job. I would love to come back again soon.
My nail tech was friendly, helped with nail color selection, recommended beautiful nail art. In general, it was a relaxing experience with a great aesthetic and atmosphere. It also felt very clean.
This was my first time at Spruce and from the second I walked in the door I was greeted and treated so kindly. The staff is friendly and the customer service is amazing. I saw Lauren for a facial and she absolutely did not disappoint!! She was so informative, kind, fun and easy to talk to! My whole experience blew me away! I felt so comfortable here. Lauren is amazing at what she does and I can’t wait to see her again for my next facial!!
Their COVID procedures and precautions were very clearly well thought out and executed impeccably by their always sweet staff. No better place to get your nails done in Cincinnati!! Spruce never fails me and my gel manicures continually last for weeks.. highly recommend!
