What an incredible experience! I got the total care package (hour massage, a facial, and some other goodies)nnThese folks were so incredibly kind. I walked in feeling pretty normal and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I swear I was glowing for at least a week, and since that experience I’ve been so relaxed.nnI’ve always paid for deep tissue massages but never really felt like I got the experience. Not here, I truly believe this was the best massage I’ve ever had. The facial was such a calming experience, and my face looked so much clearer afterwards.nnI can’t recommend this place enough, the staff were so incredibly kind and attentive.

Wonderful experience here today with my fiancé, we had a couples massage and facial visit for her birthday and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and made our visit a real treat. I would definitely recommend their services if you are looking to do something special at Cincinnati. The massage was one of the best I’ve had in sometime now. We will be back again for sure.

I am giving a 4 because overall the experience was enjoyable and I really liked the lady that did my massage. However, I paid $225 for a two hour massage and I was there for exactly 1 hour and 41 minutes and that included parking, filling out paperwork and undressing/redressing. I feel like I could of paid for a 90 minute massage and it would of been considerably cheaper and pretty much just the same. Everyone was really kind and inviting, I will return.

I booked a 60 minute couples massage for my husband and I online. I also called and spoke to someone. When we showed up for our COUPLES massage we were put in different rooms, when I questioned this I was told if we wanted to be in the same room we needed to reschedule for another day. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website during the booking process and it was not mentioned when I called either. We went ahead with the massages and it was the WORST massage I have ever gotten. I’ve gotten better back rubs from my 6 year old! I also paid for a 60 minute massage and the massages we received were 40-45 minutes long. Needless to say I am not satisfied and I will not be going back. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

On my way up the elevator, I shared a ride with someone who started to complain about how tired they were, but that they got “call in” to work. Surprise, they got off the same floor as me and worked at the spa. The facilities were very hodgepodge. The massage room was the smallest and most unprofessional room I have ever been in. Genuinely felt like a camera could have been hidden in there. Massage was short on time and was just ok. Then I did the infrared sauna, which was sitting inside a very used foil bag. The receptionist set it up and after 30 minutes it was “oh Im sorry I didn’t set that up right”. But I wasn’t offered extra time. Next was the ionic foot spa, the owner kept stopping by to point out all the “toxins” leaving my body...just google it, there’s no science behind it at all. No reason to offer that service other than to scam people. Upon leaving, I had to stand there and watch an extremely uncomfortable exchange between Sebastian the owner and a very young man working the front desk. The kid was possibly over 18, but not by much. Sebastian is well over 55. Anyway, front desk kid accidentally said the word “dad” instead of “bad”, nervously apologized to me. But Sebastian wasted no time in saying “hmmmm well you can call me daddy if you want to”. The kid didn’t laugh, just looked a bit bewildered. It was so cringey and honestly I felt angered and sad for the kid and his parents that clearly have no idea someone is trying to groom their son. I left and never looked back- I thought, “oh well they scammed me, lesson learned.” Truly not sure how this place has such a high rating, also extremely suspect. Save your money and go to another spa.
