It's a nice gym and the staff is pleasant but the shower vacillates from hot to cold almost impossible to control long cold spurts. If you're just looking to work out and don't need a shower this place is great but if you're like me and you need to shower afterwards probably go to a different one.
They're doing a great job with social distancing . keeping everything clean and always nice to see the friendly staff. Tyrell is always there to great people with a smile and a warm greeting. Keep it up yall
Great customer service and clean atmosphere.
Going to workout at Planet Fitness at the Banks is one of the highlights of my workday. The gym is always so fresh and so clean! The staff is the absolute best and always very willing to help me get my stuff out of my quick locker when I've forgotten the combination after working out too hard! A special shout-out to the best trainer, Eddie Jones, who has really helped me over the past three months. I've lost close to fourteen pounds and my health has greatly improved in that time! Looking forward to maintaining this momentum and progress into the new year at the best Planet Fitness location ever!
