Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Apparently Corona virus has closed all the bathrooms. So make sure you go before. I called to make the appointment and wasn't notified bathrooms couldn't be utilized. So went shopping, went out to eat before my appointment and was told there was no bathroom... sat on the table for 50 minutes holding it. Super took away from my experience. I wouldn't return. I recommend Pompton Lakes Hand and Stone.

Inexpensive, clean, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with Kevin. He did a good job.

DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER!!!!! Unless you want to be one for the rest of your life. They made it impossible to cancel and sneaky and so unprofessional. I have never written a review before. I was furious about how incompetent and horrible they are.

Very cozy and professional. I would definitely recommend this spa and the staff was very helpful. 10/10 for me.

I read a couple of reviews previously on line that made me shy away from hand and Stone But I was in the Englewood area, stopped in and started asking about rates and services they offered etc. So I thought i give them a try , I made a facial appointment with Alex and she was amazing she was professional and friendly I was very happy left the place with a happy glow. I then decided to have my daughters give them a try as well, one of my daughters had an allergic reaction. I called immediately to let them know that my daughter wanted to end her membership, the young lady at the counter took my information and advised that a manager would call me I did receive a call from a woman by the name Jada she was efficient she cancelled the membership immediately I did not have any issues. However If I had to give an advice or two I would recommend they brush up on there customer service but overall I am happy with the service provided at this location.
