Great customer service! They delivered some fresh cookies to a friend in Rochester, NH, and every step of of the order and delivery process was great! Further, my friend is in a cookie “high” right now because the cookies were so good and he couldn’t resist eating them all! Highly recommend!

Tastes great and nice artwork, BUT poor custom order execution and more importantly, poor customer service. Two out of three of my last birthday cupcake orders were incorrect. The first was a basketball theme and I arrived to a baseball theme. Very little in the way of apologies while I waited 20 minutes waiting for them to be fixed. This caused us to arrive at the party at the same time as guests. This time I had my Mom pick them up hours in advance of the party, but when I got home from work I saw the order was wrong again, this time receiving all chocolate frosting when the email clearly stated half vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, half chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. I was told I could drive back and they would fix them, which unfortunately I couldn’t do as we were headed to the party. My problem here (which earned them the negative review I don’t like giving) is that I was on the phone with the owner, who again sounded unapologetic, and did not even offer a partial store credit or any other token of amends despite me being a repeat customer.

Found Sweetened Memories a few years ago. They have the best tasting cakes with the most beautiful designs, I am not a huge fan of frosting but I love their buttercream. They have made several birthday cakes for members of my household and I have NEVER been disappointed. I have a daughter who is gluten free and bought her a GF cupcake to try and she loved it. My sister in law asked me what bakery I use for specialty cakes and she placed an order for my nieces bridal shower of succulent cupcakes and a GF chocolate cake and I tried the cake yesterday and it was amazing. Super moist, flavorful and beautiful as always.

Drove from mass someone told me about this place and it was well worth the drive! Me and my wife recently relocated here for work, so I wanted to make this valentines a special one becasue she misses home...all I can say is wow it was so Good they deserve 10 stars

Super friendly and helpful staff. It took all of my restraint to only walk out the door with the cake we had ordered (which was awesomely crafted and amazingly delicious!).
