Joe and Jeremy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me decide which new device to get. They made it easy and did not overwhelm me with too much information. They did a great job putting on my screen protector and communicated timelines of how long everything would take. They also helped me transfer my data over to my new device. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Liz and Fred are awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. On a busy day I stopped in and needed to return the next day. When we did all greeted us by name. Verizon lost 2 good customers due to poor customer service ud83dude22.

Today Feb 27th Saturday I entered the store and asked to pay for Iphone 11 Pro Max , that I just confirmed pricing and availability online and wanted to ease the payment by going to the store . At around 2 pm I walked in the store with exact model I wanted to buy and my CC and a guy with long black hair being very rude told me online and instore are not related and asked me why I din't buy it at Best Buy or Walmart. Do I need to say more ?
