The return was easy and fast. The service is outrageously expensive! Which is why we had to cut our cable and home phone.
Payed more and more each month for unlimited internet(150mbps). Just got a letter now saying that it is no longer unlimited and will cause me to have to pay an extra $10 for every 10gb I go over the cap. I was already paying $160/month. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Call ahead, or from the parking lot (can't just walk in covid). They treated me well.. Same customer service representative since I signed up 3 years ago.
I just moved to Portsmouth with equipment I received 3 weeks ago in Amherst. I was told it would work in Portsmouth, had the technician here today to check the outside of the house and all was good. Modem works fine, after the tech left I went to check the cable and it wasn’t functioning. Called Customer Service and they tell me the box is incompatible in Portsmouth. “I need to go get a new box.” I provided the rep the background, the assurance I had been given that the equipment would work and insisted that they needed to bring the new equipment to me. Two days later is when they can deliver it. At $170/mo this is unacceptable communication with clients and not worth it. This is the last straw. I’m cutting the cable and going with Netflix/YouTube/AppleTV.
