Don't buy health, beauty, or personal products at BJs. They take no responsibility for them. I recently purchased an Oral-B toothbrush and there was something terribly wrong with it. After a couple of weeks, it developed a terrible odor. I am very careful about my dental care and knew it was not from me. I cleaned the toothbrush with soap, water, and soaked it in hydrogen peroxide. Nothing helped. When it caused sores on my gums and tongue I stopped using it. I started using a new toothbrush and my mouth healed up.nnWhen I attempted to return the toothbrush to BJs, they informed me that there are NO refunds on health and beauty products. I could, however, exchange it for the exact same product. This was not an option because I believe the design of the toothbrush is the problem. As a result, I will never purchase another health and/or beauty product a BJs.

I got 4 snow tires at a great price with my BJ's membership and sale they were running. The man I had in service to put the tires on was very accommodating. My tires were all most bald and knowing I was in a bad spot to wait much longer, he helped me out getting me in asap. Thank you so much to the service people in tires!

Bj's in Portsmouth has gone down hill and I won't be surprised if they're the next business to close. Between just selling low quality paper towels and toilet paper, limiting 2 items, never enough cashiers, sorry I'm not using self checkout and prices are not that good anymore. What happened to the Bounty paper towels and Charmin toilet paper? I won't be renewing my membership and I doubt if management cares and if they do they know where to reach me.

Our first BJs experience was awful! We had never been In the store before and had a coupon for a 3 month free membership.The Guest services rep was rude and short with us. When we explained we wanted to try the membership first before committing to a year she wouldn’t give us the time of day. We ended up shopping first to see if there was anything worth us buying. We got a few things and made our way to check out- my husband had found sneakers for $9.00 on display- but they rang up incorrectly at check-out. The employee said we had to go check the price and Refused to do anything so he sent my husband back into the store. He than wanted me to pay anyway and than return the shoes if we didn’t want them. No sir! My husband came back with a photo showing the price and that there were no other Sketchers sneakers or signs there and the man refused to do anything more! Who sends the customer back into the store and can’t check in the system or with a manager?nPretty sure we’ll be canceling our membership and sticking with COSTCO- purely because of your employees! Maybe consider treating potential new members with some kindness, patience, and consideration!
