Mattress Firm Epping

Not high pressure sales, just very informative and helpful. Steve was great to work with and was extremely patient. We ended up buying a Purple 3 mattress, this will be our 3rd new mattress in 6 months(the other 2 were not purchased here), but they have a 120 night trial, which is great. Hoping we love this mattress when it arrives as much as we loved the shopping experience there!

Awesome customer service both times I was in there. Payton was our salesman and he was helpful, polite, and super personable. I was in there for my second time today because the mattress I purchased two months ago didn’t end up working out. Mattress firm was so quick to help us find the right mattress (hopefully this time) and set up a delivery date completely hassle free. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bed!

Absolutely amazing service. My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for the purple harmony pillows (which fly off the shelves as soon as they get them) we visited a few mattress firms and called around to try to find 2 of them. At 7:30pm I got a text from an associate from a different mattress firm letting me know that Epping had 2. So we called, rushed to make it there as fast as possible- but then informed the associate the GPS says 47 minutes...and the store closes at 8 :(nThe associate gladly told us he’d make himself a cup of coffee and wait for us to get there. We finally got our pillows and i have to say, I’ve never had that many associates go out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied!

Bought a mattress that was then posted for less online and the gentleman at this location was able to issue a refund for the difference. He was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend this location in Epping!

The staff were excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. They were able to answer all of our questions and help us choose the right bed for us. Thank you!
