No pressure! That was a wonderful feeling--we knew what we were there to look at (deciding on one of two eco-friendly mattresses, or none at all). No sales pitch, just a welcoming, and leaving us the space and time to try out both and make our decision. Exceptional retail experience.
Very disappointed with the treatment received. Was very ready to purchase a mattress set and bed was left 3 different times whilendiscussing different optionsnand felt like my money wasnt worth histime. It made me me very upset and sad to have that sort of treatment therefore I left feeling upset

Bought a Lazy Boy recliner for Christmas and i think due to the rush we got a lemon (chair with some issues) from the factory. We found a hole about a week later. It was a repairable hole and Harris sent someone right out to fix it. We also heard a loud noise when opening and closing the chair but figured it would work its way out. Its been 4 months and the noise sounds worse. I called them today and they are going to send a repairman out to see if it can be fixed. Harris has been wonderful. Had i bought this from a discount furniture store i would have been stuck with it as is. I may have paid a bit more for it but glad that i did. We will definately go through Harris again to buy our furniture.
