Fast and clean DD with a lot of room for drive thru. Very busy in the morning given it's the one shop in town. To others' reviews, the service is a bit hit or miss and occasionally you run into a 'bad egg'. For the most part, everyone here is very nice and prompt.
Forgot to clean the snow off of my car, they nicely reminded me I needed to. The service was fast and professional, and they saved me from a ticket! I appreciate their hard work! #jessicaslaw
to the nice young women with killer neon green hair at the Brookline location, thank you for consistently having the most amazing attitude, you’re a blessing and I hope your customers as well as your co workers never take your level of customer service for granted. Someone please get her a raise for the love of god.
Slowest dunkin. Wait 5 minutes in drive-thru for coffee every day. U need to hire new management. U lost me as a customer. Will go to Amherst faster and better.
Nice Dunks! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and coffee was very fast, and the whole place is taking Covid safety seriously. Unfortunately for me, but reasonably, their bathrooms are not open to the public at this time because of Covid. There is also a drive through, and the parking lot is large and in good condition. Overall, excellent Dunks.
