Securing a storage unit was unbelievably easy. Kyle was friendly, accommodating and personable. He asked the right questions and spent time ensuring that I understood how the operation worked. I really like the flexibility in the rental agreement And the prices match the flexibility.nI would highly recommend this place!

I was in need of storing some household items since I recently sold my house. I met with the manager who was very personable and professional. He walked me through the facility showed me several units then worked with me in giving me a discount on the first months rental fees, due that I thought they had the first month free advertisement. I ended up arriving on the next day which was a Saturday with a 20 ft truck and no help. The manager went above and beyond his duties by helping me unload my truck for about an 1hour on and off in between customers!! I am so appreciative of the genuine concern he showed when I told him I didn’t have any helpers. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE YOU ROCK!!! I am a customer for life!!!!

Kyle Frazee, the manager at Extra Space Terhune Alley in Cincinnati, has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions.nEven though Extra Space is a large corporation, Kyle provides customer service as if he were the owner.nWhen necessary, he has followed up promptlyngetting me answers.nAnd in all my interactions with Kyle he has an upbeat attitude and smile on his face that makes it a pleasure to do business with him.

This place was legit. Called on Monday morning and moved in just that afternoon. Everything was clean and the security made me feel more comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and answered every question I needed. Everything was taken care of with no hassle whatsoever. I'd recommend this every person I know looking for storage in the Cincinnati area.
