I recently ordered a filter from 2filter.com. I received my filter (Polar Pro Base Camp system). When I went to put it together, I basically had to guess because Polar Pro's directions lack needed info. I did what I could to follow the directions. Brought the system to my first shoot. ANd lo and behold, the whole thing fell off and the ND glass cracked. This was day 2 of owning it. I was so frustrated. I contacted 2filter and hoped there was some sort of early return policy or that Polar Pro could help. They immediately messaged me back and said they would talk to their Polar Pro rep on my behalf. They got me a free replacement-shipped it out to me with no problems. THIS is customer service. I appreciated how they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of.
