Terrible experience here. Won’t go back. Ordered a sink and two granite countertops for a new bathroom. Sink came in broken and wrong color not once but twice! When they delivered the granite they damaged brand new door and trim. We took time off from work two weeks in a row and still have no sink or counters!!

Very good service. They deliver items right to my house. Just love the service I get from Chick. Thank you! They got me my metal roofing at a fair price. Door delivery at no added cost!

None of the employees were wearing masks - we didn’t purchase the paint we needed and I will not go back .

I have purchased paint, lumber, and hardware at Chick over the years. This is a top notch company. Sal and Jackie are super great to deal with, and the showroom in North Conway is perhaps the best I have ever seen. You can touch and feel nearly everything you might put into a kitchen, bath, or home. From carpet and hardwood flooring samples to a nice backsplash, to kitchen cabinets. If you plan on building a home, or even fixing up the one you have, Chick has everything under one roof. They are right on the strip in North Conway, and also have a location in Conway, not far from the Ham Arena.

Beautiful showroom, awesome lighting and kitchens... staff were engaging and helpful! I'll definitely be going back there.
