Bought a mattress in 2020, 11 months later there mattress had a manufacturer defect. My husband and I contacted mattress firm directly and they issued us an approval for a replacement mattress.nThe Conway office went above and beyond to make sure we were fitted with a mattress in a timely manner and at no additional cost. Highly recommend them and there hard work.
Went in just to look today and ended up making a purchase in North Conway. Very friendly and didn’t feel pressured at all to buy something. Good selection/pricing and the sales associate was very knowledgeable. Would recommend and buy from them again.
