The employees are super nice and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I never leave the store without learning something new about my instruments and their parts. All this followed by good conversation and company! Thank you North Conway Music Center for being my teacher, my musical guide and friend!!!

Gary was very helpful. I ordered some Dava picks. He also made some adjustments to my acoustic guitar, gratis.

Prices are a tad high, paid 17 for a tuner that was 11 online but for the nice atmosphere, great staff, and supporting small business makes the mark up worth it imo. Def worth a check if your in the area. Great selection of accessories

Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, staff is why I am a frequent visitor to NCMC. Brian and his Staff are all rock-stars, (also Jazz, Blues, Country, Classical, and Pop-Stars...)! :)
