Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless

The employees at this store are SO KIND and SO CAPABLE that I choose to do my Verizon business here (while on vacation) rather than at the many stores near my home in Massachusetts! For real. Yesterday, Ryan helped me buy my first iPhone and transition to it after many years on Android, and six months ago Ken helped us buy and set up my 14 year old's first phone ever. In both cases, I walked out of the store just gobsmacked at how great the experience was! Thank you thank you thank you!

We greatly appreciate the excellent customer service at GoWireless Verizon Store in Conway NH.nRyan and Jill were super patient, cheerful and extremely helpful in giving us an excellent bundling deal on upgrading our phones and tech watch! Ryan moved through the process attentively answering our questions and also offering direction on what products might suit us best. Jill jumped in when needed to move along our purchase decision. The new phone set up and transfer of contacts and everything loaded on the old phone went very quickly and smoothly! For those of us who want it done RIGHT and want it done “today”, we cannot say enough about this in-store experience! The new phone works great, and getting a light colored phone protector case, as advised by Ryan, was the right way to go after I have had only black phone cases before and I was constantly “losing” my old phone!! Spending a ton of money on a new phone and new watch should be a pleasant, stress free experience, and Ryan and Jill made it happen exactly that way.

We camp in NH during the summer and came to Conway today and saw the Verizon store. I have been wanting to change my plan, so we stopped in. I regret that I didn't get the woman's name, but she was fantastic. Took care of what we needed in no time and was very friendly and knew what she was doing. Great experience!!

Everything seems to be overpriced. Weird extra fees like a “turn on” fee and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Everyone I know has had a rough experience. I went to the North Conway Walmart and there was a guy there who works for verison too and he had better deals and was more helpful and very polite
