Dunkin'

This place is a total hit or miss on every item of every encounter. Rarely has my order been 100% but, its never wrong enough to justify sitting in line again. I begrudgingly go here as its the only one on my route.

Coffee and espresso drinks should be made more consistently. On-the-go orders and ones made at drive thru should be given correctly without having to go all the way back through drive thru again to get what we ordered and paid for, corrected, that was forgotten the 1st time around........ especially with all the money we give them on daily basis... Starbucks is starting to sound pretty good after years of having Dunks.

This is an averaged rating. This visit was horrible. Of course nobody can go inside so the line is ridiculously long outside. Something must have happened no movement in line at all for like a solid five minutes. They were out of a few items we tried to order. Plain bagel? They screwed up a couple of the beverages. Instead of an Ice Tea I got a black Ice Coffee. No flavor in two other iced drinks.nnEvery other time this location has been perfect for us. Virtually no errors or issues.nnWill review again after our next visit.

Decent dunks, some of the employees are pleasant and the other half barely speak....nCUSTOMER SERVICE IS ESSENTIAL PEOPLE.

Very friendly staff working very hard. But my drink was not made right ordered the new refreshers drink tasted like water with very little flavor you could see no color in it. Had one the day before and I loved it that's why I ordered it again but was disappointed.
