White Mountain Cupcakery

Kathy did our wedding cake, cupcakes and cookies in March 2017. It was awesome to say the least. She’s a sweetheart, so was her husband. We had special circumstances during that time, we spent time at the old shop, visiting every time we went to the area to say hi.nnWe went to the new site March 19th 2021 to say hi and get cupcakes, i know things are different right now but the girl working was short with us. As i picked out cupcakes I felt like i was bothering her. Customer service does effect the quality of the product.nnKathy was there, I know she was busy but I can’t imagine she wouldn’t have stopped for 2 minutes to say hi, the girl working wouldn’t even tell her we were there.

Wanted to come here for what I thought would be amazing cupcakes; they were okay, not as fluffy and “airy” as liked. There wasn’t a lot of selection close to closing, which was expected, wanted the maple bacon but was stuck with a double chocolate. What I DID like is they don’t waste food like other stores throw away food.nnWill def give it another try earlier in the day when I’m in the area again!! ud83euddc1

Cupcakes were fairly priced for specialty cupcakes of a nice bakery, but it wasn’t worth the price. All cupcakes were stale, completely hard on the top of the cakes and the buttercream was entirely solidified. I don’t typically like cupcakes so I was hoping to be pleasantly surprised, but I’ve truly had better cupcakes from a grocery store. The red velvet had no outstanding flavor, if any at all, and the cream cheese icing was crunchy and a tad too sweet for my liking. I wish I had come on a day where the cupcakes were freshly baked as I think that would’ve bumped it up by at least a few stars.

It's always important to update your business hours on Google maps. At 625p tonight, 3/25/21, two of us arrived at your store in Settlers Green. We were looking forward to an after dinner dolce. As we sat dumbfounded, we watched as 5 ladies, one carrying a left over pizza box in hand, tried opening your door. Not high value, but 7 potential customers LOST... in a matter of minutes.
