I would give zero stars if possible. I was told in January that they could ship a crate, and then went to the time, trouble, and expense to get it crated. Now, when I go to drop it off, they won't take it. They can't guarantee it will get there in one piece and they don't want the liability. If they are that concerned about damage, why would you ship anything with them?
